About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join our Property & Construction (South) division in London & South East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across the region.

As a Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on project management and cost control. Your experience in the residential sector, ideally new build schemes, will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in quantity surveying, preferably with a BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related Construction Degree. Chartered status with the RICS or working towards it is also desirable.
