About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, assigning rooms and handling payments in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of customer care.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a natural ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
