Community Care Evaluator

Key Details:­

Position: Community Care Evaluator Location: Tameside Work Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week, including on-call duties. Compensation: Up to £23,000 based on experience, including on-call pay and bonuses.

Given the nature of this position, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

What We Are Looking For:

A passionate individual dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients. At least one year of experience in community care. A solid understanding of the health and social care sector and the principles of person-centered care.

Daily Responsibilities:

Creating care plans and conducting risk assessments. Supervising the safe administration of medications. Performing observations, spot checks, and quality assurance tasks. Maintaining and updating care records in our internal systems.
