Senior Financial Analysis Leader

Become a pivotal part of a thriving FMCG organization We are enhancing our UK operations and are in search of a skilled professional to take on the role of Senior Financial Analysis Leader. In this capacity, you will be tasked with advancing our commercial finance capabilities and refining our reporting methodologies.
- Deliver sophisticated analytical insights to executive management to facilitate strategic choices
- Contribute to the formation of the commercial finance division alongside the current group reporting team
- Establish streamlined procedures for regular analytical assessments, encompassing cost evaluations and sales projections
- Develop financial models for both new initiatives and ongoing projects, including acquisitions
- Formulate 3 to 5-year plans with corresponding budgets and forecasts
- Provide operational stock oversight and valuable analytical insights
We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with extensive experience in a stock-focused enterprise
- Knowledge of IFRS, UK & US GAAP
- Prior experience with publicly listed companies, whether in practice or industry
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis
- Proven history of team development and leadership
- Ideally, experience in luxury retail or FMCG sectors
