Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our business leaders.

About the Role

This is a broad and varied role that will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining cash flow models to optimize cash flow and EBITDA.
  • Conducting in-depth working capital analysis and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Developing and managing capital planning strategies.
  • Providing detailed cash flow reporting and commentary to senior leadership.
  • Partnering with departments and regions to train, educate, and develop best practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with proven FP&A experience in a global organization. You will need to have strong cash flow planning, management, and forecasting skills, as well as the ability to understand commercial drivers of organizations to maximize cash flow efficiencies and drive best practice.
