Position Overview: We are excited to present an opportunity for a skilled and dedicated administrator to become part of our team as a Pensions Administrative Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is designed for individuals who are aligned with the values of Mencap and are eager to provide essential administrative support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the efficient operation of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are executed smoothly.
  • Coordinate and report on information and data promptly to support business processes.
  • Assist in various functions including recruitment, human resources, payroll, training, and IT support.
  • Maintain effective communication, both verbally and in writing, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Manage office resources, including the use and tracking of office credit cards.
  • Draft correspondence and reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Occasionally travel to different locations to assist with minute-taking or other administrative tasks, with some activities conducted via virtual platforms.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent typing skills.
  • Experience in office management and resource allocation.
  • Strong ability to draft professional documents and reports.
