Job Title: Bank Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Oncology department at The Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury.

About the Role:

  • As a Bank Nurse Specialist, you will work on an "as and when required" basis to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
  • You will be required to have Oncology/Hematology experience, with a strong background in pre-chemo assessment, chemotherapy delivery, and new patient consultations.
  • Postgraduate breast care or hematology is an advantage, but not essential.
  • You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Codes of Professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
