Job Title: Rapid Response Complex Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Rapid Response Complex Care Nurse. This role requires a minimum of three years' post-registration experience and a valid NMC PIN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing community-based care to clients with complex needs, including spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
  • Working clinical shifts across Kent-based complex care clients and signing off on competencies when not required for clinical work.
  • Requiring a clean UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
