Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Promote a culture of reflection, equality, diversity, and inclusivity throughout our practice, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting any concerns without delay.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care we provide.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity, Autism, Behaviours that Challenge, Learning Disabilities, and Mental ill health.
  • Diploma Level 2/3 in health and social care or equivalent.
  • Good level of written English and Numeracy skills.
