About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Operative to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our waste management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness within the external grounds of our office buildings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as allocated by the Waste Management Supervisor, including sweeping, litter picking, and emptying of bins.
  • Maintaining the outside environment, including occasional gardening responsibilities, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensuring the safe and responsible use and storage of chemicals and machinery, adhering to guidelines involving the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements

  • Basic IT skills to effectively communicate with the team and management.
  • Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Understanding of health and safety processes to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from the first day of employment.
