About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Operative to join our team at BET365. As a key member of our waste management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness within the external grounds of our office buildings.
Main Responsibilities
- Sweeping and Litter Picking: You will be responsible for sweeping and litter picking the external areas of our office buildings, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.
- Bin Emptying and Maintenance: You will be responsible for emptying bins and maintaining the outside environment, including occasional gardening responsibilities.
- Chemical and Machinery Handling: You will be required to handle chemicals and machinery in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to our guidelines and protocols.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): You will be required to follow guidelines involving the use of PPE to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
Requirements
- Basic IT Skills: You will need to have basic IT skills to perform tasks efficiently.
- Awareness of COSHH: You will need to have awareness of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
- Good Communication Skills: You will need to have good communication skills to work effectively with our team.
