About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Operative to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our waste management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our external grounds.

As a Waste Operative, you will be responsible for sweeping, litter picking, and emptying bins, as well as maintaining the outside environment, including occasional gardening responsibilities. You will also be expected to approach the use and storage of chemicals and machinery in a safe and responsible manner, following guidelines involving the use of PPE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and litter picking to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Emptying bins and maintaining the outside environment
  • Approaching the use and storage of chemicals and machinery in a safe and responsible manner
  • Following guidelines involving the use of PPE
Requirements
  • Basic IT skills
  • Awareness of COSHH
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential
  • Understanding of health and safety processes
