About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Operative to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our waste management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our external grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Litter Picking: Ensure the external areas are free from litter and debris, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Bin Emptying and Maintenance: Empty bins and maintain the outside environment, including occasional gardening responsibilities.
  • Health and Safety: Approach the use and storage of chemicals and machinery in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to guidelines involving the use of PPE.
Requirements
  • Basic IT Skills: Proficiency in basic IT skills is essential for this role.
  • Awareness of COSHH: Understanding of COSHH regulations is required.
  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to tasks is essential for success in this role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
