About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Housekeeper to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our residents
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the care home
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control procedures
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a positive and considerate attitude towards residents and colleagues
