Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Premier Inn in Crewe. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate hotel operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of customer service and hotel performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of hotel operations.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure budgetary compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage management.
