Financial Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join our team at Citizens Advice. As a key member of our Money Advice service, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome financial difficulties and achieve financial stability.
The ideal candidate will have excellent money advice skills, a good understanding of the current benefits system, and knowledge of welfare reform. Previous experience in money advice is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
You will be responsible for providing financial guidance and advice to clients, helping them to manage their finances and make informed decisions about their financial futures. You will also work closely with other team members to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and guidance.
This is a hybrid role, with some work able to be completed from home. You will be required to work 37 hours per week, with occasional travel throughout Derbyshire.
