Financial Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join our team at Citizens Advice. As a key member of our Money Advice team, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance to clients on managing their finances and overcoming debt.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with clients in a non-judgmental manner. You will also have a good understanding of the current benefits system and welfare reform, as well as the ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
This is a hybrid role, with some work able to be completed from home. You will be based in Chesterfield and Matlock offices, with occasional travel throughout Derbyshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on managing their finances and overcoming debt
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored advice and support
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized financial plans
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the benefits system and welfare reform
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,723 to £28,122 per annum, dependent on experience
