We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Data Administrator to join our People Services team at Great Western Railway (GWR). As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR data.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Maintain the quality of data held on our HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and audit requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating ad hoc reporting requirements using HR systems and MS Office, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- HR Inbox Management: Respond to a wide range of system/data queries from across the business, providing timely and accurate support.
- Business Forms Processing: Process business forms related to new starters, job changes, and leavers, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the wider HR Operations team, including ad hoc tasks and projects.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal customers and external suppliers to resolve queries, maintaining confidentiality and security of our data.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized with a focus on prioritization and time management skills.
- Problem-Solving: A good problem solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Relationship Building: Able to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups.
- Experience: Proven experience of working with large datasets and data cleansing activities, as well as high-volume data entry.
