We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at C4S Search Ltd. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the management of employee benefits, including pension schemes, health insurance, and other perks.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Contribute to the development of learning and development programs, including training sessions and workshops.
- Assist with HR projects, including policy development, procedure updates, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, studying towards or an interest to do so.
- Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks including general HR administration.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed to agreed schedule and standards.
- Able to work under pressure, to strict deadlines, and on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships, work collaboratively, and influence others in order to achieve objectives.
