Job Title: HR Business Partner - Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at RSK Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will work closely with stakeholders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders and line managers to build capabilities and plan talent development initiatives.
  • Design and implement key initiatives relating to talent management, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Partner with managers to implement the people plan and provide coaching and support.
  • Maintain positive relationships with central HR functions and support employee relations issues.
  • Take an active role in future talent processes, including graduate recruitment.
  • Undertake and lead HR project work as identified.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent and a Chartered CIPD accreditation to Level 5.
  • Demonstrable experience relevant to the requirements outlined.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills, and a flexible approach.
