Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team at Selecture Global. As a Director/Associate Director, Sales and Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development activities in the region, focusing on Risk and Strategy Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers at leading financial institutions.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial prospect communication to contract execution, working closely with Pre-Sales and Solutioning teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including client communication, presentations, negotiation, and deal signing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed offerings and services meet customers' business needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, as well as lead generation and prospecting goals.
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish credibility and trust with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Regulatory Trends, Risk, Data & Analytics, and Technology areas.
  • Proven leadership experience in selling risk/regulatory solutions within the financial services industry.
