Analyst - Private Equity Execution and Finalization

We are in search of an Analyst to assist various operational sectors within Asset Management – Private Equity Execution and Finalization.
Location: On-site
Contract Duration: Initial 6-month engagement with potential for extension.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
The Asset Management Private Equity Execution and Finalization (AM PE E&F) team is looking for an Analyst to provide support across multiple business lines within the Private Equity sector.
This role is exceptionally varied, requiring collaboration with global Deal teams, Strategists, Controllers, Legal, Technologists, Risk, Credit, Tax, Compliance, and various Operational groups to facilitate a business that is multi-asset, dynamic, and tailored. The asset classes involved include Public & Private Securities, Loans, and customized structures for issuers across different industry sectors.
The ideal candidate will work within a team of Execution and Finalization professionals and demonstrate the following competencies: commercial acumen, meticulous attention to detail, innovative thinking, while ensuring the utmost level of risk management.
OUR ROLE
Operations is a vibrant, multifaceted division that collaborates with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales, trading, and asset management services to clients globally. Additionally, Operations provides essential risk management and control to safeguard and enhance the firm's assets and reputation. For every transaction executed, every new product introduced, or market entered, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that facilitate business flow.
Members of the Asset Management Private Equity Execution & Finalization team are subject matter experts within Operations, playing a crucial role in supporting customized and diverse transactions. Core activities of the role include new product/business development, entity creation, infrastructure improvements, and cross-regional coordination.

Comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment.
Confident in verbal and written communication, particularly with senior audiences.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Inherent curiosity and motivation.
Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment across various teams and regions.
Experience with LMA Loan Closing.
Desirable Qualifications
Familiarity with Loans, Equities, Bonds, and Derivatives is preferred but not mandatory.
