We are currently looking for a skilled Human Resources / Recruitment Coordinator to join our client based in Northampton on a permanent basis.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the People Team with various HR and recruitment administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping candidates informed throughout their application and interview journey, ensuring timely communication.
  • Arranging interviews efficiently.
  • Assisting with onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation.
  • Helping maintain HR databases, including the uploading of necessary documents.
  • Drafting correspondence such as flexible working requests, references, and other relevant letters.
  • Providing general administrative support, including gathering information, taking notes, and assisting with exit interviews.
  • Aiding in the processing of employee departures.


The ideal candidate will possess experience in a comparable HR or administrative role and will have familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.


Strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

You should be an effective communicator, both over the phone and in person, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while upholding professional standards.
