Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  2. Manage the office calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and book meetings.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  4. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  5. Assist with data entry, data analysis, and reporting.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:

To be successful as an Office Administrator, you will need:

  1. A proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
