Flood Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Flood Risk Consultant to join our Water and Environment North team at Waterman Aspen.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on flood risk management and water resources to our clients across the UK.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing business cases for flood risk management schemes to secure funding.
- Providing technical expertise in UK flood risk legislation and planning standards.
- Working with clients to develop and implement flood risk management strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects and achieve project delivery.
- Building relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant degree qualification in Civil Engineering, geography, or equivalent.
- Chartered Member or working towards chartered membership of a professional institution.
- Technical experience in hydraulic modelling and drainage modelling software.
- Experience working with public sectors and client-facing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
