We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Flood Risk Management team as a Graduate Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of flood risk and drainage projects across a range of activities, including flood risk solution design, hydraulic modelling, and hydrology assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and delivery of flood risk and drainage projects
- Conduct hydraulic modelling and hydrology assessments
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure project delivery in accordance with best practice
- Participate in internal project management training and professional development programs
Requirements:
- Education to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. civil engineering, environmental science)
- Eligibility for CEng MICE or chartered with CIWEM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to deliver work on time and to a high standard
- Commitment to encouraging good health and safety practices
- Full UK driving license (desirable)
- Security Clearance to minimum SC level (preferable)
