We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Transaction Manager at Vertu Motors Mini York. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on enhancing the sales process through effective financial management.
Our commitment to our employees is reflected in our competitive compensation package, which includes a Basic Salary of £31,000 and an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £50,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the sales team by crafting and presenting financial solutions to customers after their initial qualification. A thorough understanding of financial and insurance product regulations is essential to ensure the provision of accurate information.
Building strong relationships with customers is crucial, and you will be expected to monitor financial performance against established budgets, identifying and addressing any discrepancies. Collaboration with management to mentor and enhance the team's skills will be a key aspect of your role, along with documenting all activities to assess performance and outcomes.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure, possess exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, and exhibit strong communication abilities. A valid UK Driving Licence is also a requirement.
