The basic salary for this position is £31,000, with an expected total earnings of £50,000 plus additional company perks.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the sales team by structuring and presenting financial deals to customers after thorough qualification. A comprehensive understanding of financial and insurance product regulations is crucial to provide accurate information.

Building strong relationships with customers is essential, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to engage effectively. You will be tasked with monitoring financial performance against set budgets and addressing any discrepancies. Collaborating with management to mentor and enhance the skills of the sales team is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring all activities are logged to track performance and evaluate results.
