About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Riverside Group. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance Processing team by processing invoices and making payments to contractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and make payments to contractors and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize relevant purchase to pay systems and other IT systems to manage financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to a varied customer base.
  • Take ownership of tasks and work independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience of making customer payments within an accounts payable department.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of financial controls.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
