Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Neighbourhood Coffee Company Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for monitoring retail and wholesale emails, ensuring timely responses to customers, and escalating issues to the correct person.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
- Escalate issues to the correct person as needed
- Perform general office administrative tasks as required
- Take phone orders and add them to the system
- Keep the Xero accounting software reconciled and organized
- Receive cash, make payments, and send invoices
- Develop skills and attend training relevant to the role
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
