About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at ZIGUP. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering training programs that enhance performance, increase productivity, and reduce attrition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Induction Programmes: Design and deliver engaging monthly induction programs that set the tone for new hires.
  • Training Design and Delivery: Create and deliver bespoke training programs that meet business needs and enhance customer and colleague experience.
  • Soft Skills and Values Training: Design and implement training that enhances soft skills, reinforces company values, and promotes a "Customer First" mindset.
  • Instructional Content Creation: Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing learning and development programs, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of trainers.
  • Passionate about developing others, capable of building relationships quickly and communicating clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels.
  • Confident in planning your own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a high level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data.
  • Relevant professional qualification and experience in fast-paced, automotive environments.
