We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at ZIGUP. Key Responsibilities- Induction Programmes: Design and deliver engaging monthly induction programs that set new employees up for success.
- Training Design and Delivery: Create and deliver bespoke training programs that meet business needs and enhance customer and colleague experience.
- Soft Skills and Values Training: Design and implement training that enhances soft skills, reinforces company values, and promotes a "Customer First" mindset.
- Instructional Content Creation: Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development professional who has a proven track record of managing learning and development programs, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand environment. You will have demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of trainers and will be passionate about developing others.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build relationships quickly and communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders. You will also have a strong background in stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels.
We are looking for someone who is confident in planning their own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations. You will have strong digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data.
