About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Redde Northgate plc. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs that enhance employee performance and reduce attrition.
- Collaborate with management and HR/L&D teams to drive performance and execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective training initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform learning program development.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs within a multi-site or multi-brand environment.
- Experience collaborating with management and HR/L&D teams to drive performance and execute strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in delivering engaging training that enhanced performance and reduced attrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive change.
