Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Capital Equipment and Subcontract Services

Job Summary:

MARS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join a pioneering specialist manufacturer based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's capital equipment and subcontract services to industry and academia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales and margin targets
  • Manage international sales territories and build relationships with key customers
  • Qualify and analyze complex customer requirements and establish technically and commercially appropriate solutions
  • Learn and understand the technology of the company's products and relate them to customer needs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and develop repeat business

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a science or engineering discipline
  • Proven sales experience of technical products and services to industry
  • Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Working Environment:
