Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving regional sales objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the Life Science & Pharmaceutical industries and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve regional sales objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide market and competitive analysis to inform sales strategy
Requirements:
- Experience selling technical products in the Life Science & Pharmaceutical industries
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. BSc or BEng); or a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of sales experience required; 5+ years preferred
