We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Professional to join our team at LWS (Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions) as a Regional Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to drive business growth in the Life Science & Pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve regional sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Life Science & Pharmaceutical industries.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. BSc or BEng); or a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High level of proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
