Job Description

MARS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our clients' systems and subcontract services to industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales and margin targets.
  • Manage international sales territories, including the UK, Europe, and Rest of world (excluding the US).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and develop repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to ensure sales teams are equipped to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience of technical products and services to industry.
  • Experience in international sales territory management.
  • Strong ability to sell technical services and develop repeat customers and key accounts.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
