Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Mill House in Odiham. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring that food and drinks are served promptly and to the highest standard.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are served hot and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

About You...

We are looking for someone with a natural ability to look after people and make them happy. You should be passionate about food and drink, and have previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bar tender, barista or food and beverage assistant ideally in a pub, restaurant, hotel or bar. More importantly, you're hands-on with a positive attitude, and you'll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and collected while ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
