Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement, and Human Resources services to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.

  • Lead and motivate a team of three direct reports in the People Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in People Management, with a proven track record of managing at least two people.
  • Significant experience in recruiting large numbers of team members and ensuring a high level of engagement.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word documents.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
