Job Description

The Support Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in the administration and data management of the Support and Information team at The Lullaby Trust. This is a key position that requires excellent IT and data skills, as well as a passion for supporting bereaved families and professionals who work with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate and implement data-driven projects and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the Support and Information team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners

Q1: Prioritization and Task Management

It is 4pm on a Friday and you still have the following tasks to undertake:

  • Complete the End of month statistical report for your manager and for Fundraising (this usually takes 2 hours to complete)
