EACH Counselling and Support is a leading charity in NW London, providing a range of specialist services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence, and alcohol-related issues. As a Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and contributing to the organisation's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate services to meet the needs of clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Contribute to the development of service strategies and policies
- Ensure effective service delivery and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in service management or a related field
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
