Location: Ealing based, with flexibility to work from various locations and across the organisation
Salary: £38,220-£45,864 per annum, dependent on experience + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent

EACH Counselling and Support is a leading charity in NW London, providing a range of specialist services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence, and alcohol-related issues. As a Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and contributing to the organisation's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate services to meet the needs of clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Contribute to the development of service strategies and policies
  • Ensure effective service delivery and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
