We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a night shift. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives/Trainee Supervisors.
- Working with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and key areas for improvement.
- Driving performance on key metrics to ensure an efficient warehouse operation.
- Driving the highest standards of safety on site.
- Reviewing weekly labour plans and providing feedback.
- Creating plans to bridge performance gaps.
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure strategic activity is on track.
- Supporting culture change and turnover reduction.
