About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct line management and coaching of warehouse operatives, including performance monitoring and goal setting
  • Collaboration with section managers to monitor delivery to plan and identify areas for improvement
  • Driving performance on key metrics to ensure efficient warehouse operations and meet customer demand
  • Ensuring the highest standards of safety on site, working with the safety team to implement safety routines and procedures
  • Reviewing and providing input on weekly labour plans to ensure adequate cover and addressing any issues or feedback
  • Providing detailed analysis and creating plans to bridge gaps in daily and weekly targets
  • Partnering with the warehouse leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic activity is on track and supported
  • Supporting the implementation of culture change and turnover reduction initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management
  • High potential for people and change management
  • Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management
  • Resilience, flexibility, and approachability
  • Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business environment
