We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Facilities Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and management of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:
  • Ensure the warehouse environment is safe and well-maintained, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, including HVAC systems, sprinkler systems, lighting, security systems, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
  • Manage contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and facility-related services.
  • Maintain and review preventive maintenance programs to minimize facilities equipment downtime.
Warehouse Operations:
  • Optimize storage solutions to maximize space utilization and improve space availability.
  • Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in safe working condition and properly maintained.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols, including fire exits, signage, and safety drills.
Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the team, including assigning and planning tasks, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive working environment.
  • Create clear annual objectives in line with business objectives, ensuring regular 1-2-1's are carried out.
  • Provide training on safety procedures, equipment use, and emergency response.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including storage systems, material handling equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing), construction, and equipment maintenance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising maintenance or facility staff.
