Warehouse Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This includes managing a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Direct and coach a team of warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Safety and Health: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring that all safety procedures and protocols are followed.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of operations management principles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
