About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Windsor School, a specialist SEN school that provides a unique and personalised curriculum model to ensure academic success, individualised development, and preparation for adulthood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with pupils with special educational needs to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behaviour support
  • Provide individualised support to pupils to help them manage their behaviour and develop positive relationships
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine passion for working with children
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
