We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Windsor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.
About the Role:
- As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children in their first steps in Early Years Foundation Stage, promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
- Teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to groups of children while focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses.
- Developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry.
- Helping children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
- Tracking children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents.

- Our school is a 4-form entry school located in a lovely residential area of Windsor.
- We offer a friendly environment that welcomes early career teachers (ECTs) with open arms.
- We aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through our supportive pastoral environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (Experienced teachers as well as ECTs are welcome to apply).
- Ability to commute to Windsor via public transport.
- Confidence to hit the ground running, proactively lead a class, and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.
