About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all service inquiries, whether received via phone or in-person, and provide timely and accurate responses to customers.
  • Meet and greet customers, assess their needs, and ensure their vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to customers, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to handover to customers, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
About You:
  • Must have current experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised main dealership, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Preferably with experience in a prestige brand environment.
  • Excellent customer handling skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude are essential.
  • A valid driving license is required.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Early finishes may be possible if all customers are served by 5:50pm.

Alternate Saturday mornings, 4 hours, as part of the contract.

Salary:

Basic salary dependent on experience, £22,000 - £35,000 OTE.
