We are collaborating with a prominent Family Office seeking to integrate an Administrative Coordinator into their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated and resourceful individual eager to engage in a diverse range of responsibilities within a high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing multiple schedules and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Planning and executing travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Executives while fostering relationships with external stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintaining databases and filing systems, as well as establishing and upholding administrative procedures.
  • Assisting Executives with reminders, follow-ups, and tracking of critical tasks and deadlines.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports and managing related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating personal engagements and organizing events, both social and corporate, within budgetary constraints.
  • Handling various project management tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role is essential.
  • Proactive mindset with a positive attitude, capable of adjusting schedules on short notice.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
