Company: A leading high-growth B2B tour operator, seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive strategic growth

Strategic HR Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives

HR Policy and Procedure Design: Create and embed comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and training materials to drive employee engagement and compliance

Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal employee experiences

HRIS Implementation and Maintenance: Partner with the Managing Director to select and implement an HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency

Recruitment and Talent Management: Manage recruitment processes in a high-growth environment, including overseeing 30 hires within the year, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent

HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure the HR system is up-to-date, including regular updates of employee records, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations cases effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

International Experience and Expertise: Proven experience in EMEA, APAC, or international HR functions is highly desirable, as is comprehensive HR expertise across the employee lifecycle
